What a club costs, and what a club gets for nothing
The register, the committee, the club page and every event up to 16 entrants with every tool are free, whatever size the club is. SetMatcher Club is €39.00 a month or €390.00 a year, and a club may try it once for 14 days without a card.

The register is free at any size, and always will be
There is no charge per member, no tier by size and no cap. A club of forty and a club of nine hundred pay the same, which is nothing, for the register, the membership types, the invitations, the committee, the club page and the club’s ranking in every sport it plays.
Every event the club runs up to 16 entrants is free as well, and with the whole event day in it: courts and the schedule, the order of play, the desk, check-in, the printed sheets and the live boards. A club with four courts and a Saturday of twelve pairs pays nothing at all and is not using a cut-down version of anything.
What the Club plan buys
Five things, all of which are about a club acting as an organisation rather than about one person reading their own numbers.
What it deliberately does not include is the four personal depths that Plus holds. Match statistics, form, the rivalry in depth and the printable year are about one player’s own matches and belong to that player rather than to the organisation they play in.
- Every event the club owns at any size, with the whole event day, for every administrator on the committee rather than for one named person.
- The club’s ranking, its fixtures, its results and its live board, embedded on the club’s own website with a snippet the committee pastes once.
- No advertising on any of the club’s pages, for anybody at all, including a visitor with no account who sees advertising everywhere else.
- The members’ booking sheet: the club’s courts a day at a time, booked by the members under the club’s own rules.
- A lesson programme with more than 16 pupils in a season; up to 16 it is free with everything in it.
The trial, the year, and the small print
A club may try SetMatcher Club once, for 14 days, without a card. A year is €390.00, which is 10 months’ money. Prices are gross and include VAT, and the same figure is charged in every country the plan is sold in.
The committee cancels the plan itself and it runs to the end of the period already paid for. There are 14 days from the first payment to change your mind with a full refund, and 14 days of grace if a payment fails, during which the club keeps everything. After that the club falls back to the free plan with nothing deleted: no event is broken up, no member is removed, and the register is exactly as it was.
When a club should not buy the plan
A club whose events never pass 16 entrants and which does not want the panels on its own website should not buy anything. There is nothing else behind the plan, and a subscription that buys a limit you never reach is a subscription that buys nothing.
A club with one big tournament a year and nothing else above the line wants an event pass instead: €19 once, for that tournament, at any size and with the whole event day, attached to the event and never expiring. And a tournament that takes entry fees through SetMatcher lifts both of its own limits because the entries pay for them, with our share being 5% plus €0.30 of each fee.
